This is a project from client that we build a new, customer-facing Progressive Web App (PWA) portal for Southern Company to help manage the run service/set meter process for new construction.
Southern Company is an energy industry company specializing in power utilities, operating across three different southern states. The mission of our consultant team is to aid customers in setting up electricity for new residences, condos, and buildings. We focus on comprehending the user journey and the needs of both external and internal stakeholders in order to create user interface screens tailored to five specific roles. Our workflow includes creating sitemaps, wireframes, and a customized design system for our client. We collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, stakeholders, and clients, consisting of an internal team of 20 people.
